T will ask Sts several questions in order to elicit the comprehension of the lyrics.
1-What is the song about?
2-What does the author say about the blue sky?
3-Why is the air polluted? Which words indicate that the air is contaminated everywhere?
4-Which two problems are mentioned in relation with the oceans?
5-What happens with radiation and what is affected by it?
6-What does the author mean by overcrowded land?
7-What does YOU refer to in the last question?
8-Why is the song called MERCY MERCY ME?
Sts will get into groups and choose one of the topics to work with.T will provide links to facilitate their work.

Working in groups has always been useful, although some students work and others not so much, but with laptops and music, I think everybody will get involved.
